I have never actually left an online review before, but for this, I simply had to (if only I didn't live so far away, I'd come in person to thank you!). I'm a student in my mid-twenties buying my very first new (non-hand-me-down) set of furniture, and I couldn't be happier with London Fine Furniture. The in-store experience itself was fantastic; everyone was so friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeble, and the store itself was lovely enough that I honestly found myself wanting to stay a little while longer even after the purchase was finished. The Handstone furniture I ordered was delivered yesterday, and it's absolutely gorgeous, everything I'd hoped for and more. To say that it looks and feels "sturdy" would be an understatement. I look forward to using it for many decades to come! I was surprised and truly touched when I opened one of the drawers and found a soft (fleece?) blanket tucked inside. My apologies if I'm gushing; I really just want to let you know that you are an outstanding furniture store in every respect and that you have made someone very, very happy. And for anyone out there who's looking for beautiful, high quality custom furniture: look no further, for this is the place for you!

London Fine Furniture is a jewel in the South end of London.
The layout of the store is customer friendly, the quality of the products for sale is first rate and the sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive.
We definitely recommend their high quality products and their good staff. In particularly we want to thank Alice and Alex for providing us with an amazing shopping experience.
This is one of London's hidden gems. The service was excellent. We were in the market for home decor for our new house and they checked everyone of our wants and needs off our list. The store is beautifully set up for easy viewing. We were greeted at the door by a lovely young lady who told us about the store and all the Canadian made furniture, that most of the furniture on display can be customized with fabric or leather. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. After walking through the store unharrassed (someone asking if they can help you at every turn) we were quite comfortable to seek the assistance of the young lady once again to make our purchase. She quickly sought the assistance of another sales person because she may have been fairly new but none the less quick and knowledgeable. We made our purchase and mentioned our interest in the dinning furniture and Cameron (our sales associate) wanted to further explain the furniture and the option available to us. We were absolutely amazed and stunned by the service and the quality of the furniture. We will definitely be back. Our home is in need of London's Fine Furniture!!

We were shopping for a new King bed but wanted solid wood and something made locally. We selected a Handstone bed that we had custom stained. While waiting for the bed to be made Covid 19 struck and our order got delayed due to manufacturing shutdowns. The staff at London Fine Furniture were excellent and kept us well informed. When we did receive the bed it was everything and more then we had expected. Alice and Nick and the whole staff at London Fine furniture were great and we will definitely be shopping there again for our furniture needs.
We were searching for a sofa bed to replace our aging living room sofa, as we periodically have guests and live in an apartment. Having checked all the big box stores, all we could fine was drab colours and questionable quality. Then we went into your store, immediately thinking this is too rich for our blood, and was very pleasantly surprised, not only with price but the workmanship and choice of colours and materials. We have found the staff's product knowledge, courtesy and customer follow-up (one small glitch immediately corrected) to be far superior to any other store. Thanks Harold and staff.
First purchase of a couch and loveseat in a looonnnggg time. My expectations of service, quality and price point were apparently too high for some competitors. The absolute best service I love the sectional I designed, it’s manufactured in Canada the quality is amazing for what I purchased I couldn’t have found any sofa as nice for the price I paid. Hands down the best furniture store in London!! I will never go anywhere else.

We had been shopping for a king bedroom suite and just happened to go into London Fine Furniture. We have received nothing but excellent service. Harold helped us with some customization to the bed. It arrived in earlier than expected and arrangements were made for delivery. Nick and Kellen delivered the bedroom suite. They did an excellent job. They were extremely careful, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and highly recommend them. We we will definitely be back. My 95 year-old mother-in-law needed a bed that was not too high or too low. After visiting the usual large chain stores without success we accidentally came across this store. We found the perfect bed and the rest of the transaction went without a hitch. Our salesperson was Alice and she was delightful. In fact the entire staff was very professional and always positive, upbeat and eager to serve. Highly recommend.
We have now purchased three car seats, two strollers, accessories, and a beautiful glider from the Children's Furniture Gallery. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They have given me instructions many times when I wasn't sure and inspected my installs patiently. We trust their products and advice completely. Jay was particularly helpful today. We will continue to purchase all of our major baby and child items from them.
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. We have purchased multiple items from the store and each time we've dealt with Nick. He is fantastic! He knows his stuff, is engaging and really knows how to treat people the right way. Each time we come in, he immediately recognizes us and makes us feel at home. If you are looking for children's furniture, there is no better place to go in London. Highly recommended!
I have really enjoyed my shopping experience at Children's Furniture Gallery. Buying nursery furniture, car seat, stroller and other necessary items can be daunting, especially for first time parents. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time and explain everything in great detail. I love that they carry so many wonderful Canadian made furniture pieces at competitive prices. I just wish delivery was included!
I love shopping here! Everytime I am there, no matter what I am shopping for the staff has been very helpful. My husband and I love the fact that most of what they sell is made in Canada and good quality. The knowledge that their sales associate have on car seats buy far exceeds anywhere else I have ever been. They took the time to come out to my car to make sure that the car seat we were buying fit in properly before I purchased it. They also told us because we had purchased the seat there to come back after we had installed it to have one of their staff who is certified by buckle up baby to check it. That is great service in my opinion! I recommend the store to everyone I know.

Bought one of the sleep aids for my child who has been waking at night lately. It is a stuffed sea turtle (sorry cannot remember exact name!) which plays soft soothing wave sounds and has a night light which looks like ocean waves on the ceiling... It has auto shut off after 20 minutes... if he wakes at night... he presses a button and the sounds and lights start again... He loves it and stays in bed now if he wakes up!!! They are located right at the front counter and I highly recommend this product! Also looking at purchasing the Iron outline sports figures at the back of the store! Love them!
We are happy to hear the "turtle" is doing it's job =). A few of our employees have this turtle and the other "Sea Turtle" as well and their kids love them as well. The auto off feature is great as a parent. It saves the batteries, and only stays on long enough to make sure they are sleeping soundly. Let us know if you want one of the Iron sports figures as they are selling fast with Christmas upon us.
We bought our Britax car seat from Children's Furniture, it's nice to talk to a sales person who actually knows what their talking about, other stores that we went to, the staff didn't have a clue. They also have several staff who are certified to inspect car seats. After my husband installed our new seat, he took it back to CFG, they came out to our car and showed him what he did wrong. Talk about piece of mind knowing our little guy is safe. We were so impressed, great store, great staff, great service.
