I bought an electric leaf blower- toro, it had zero hours on it. the Moto failed, I took it in for repair, it was probably out of warranty, however, after 3 years, I had not once heard from them, I called them 3 times in the 3 years. I have never seen such a poor customer service. insulting really sums it up. it should have been sent to toro for waranty, but the shear ignorance of Jonathan was unbelievable. not even one call. I recently went in to try and get some resolution, not being there, the other employee showed me my blower as it has been for now 4 years. the absolute worst!
