Striploin Steak is a popular cut - also known as New York steak - due to its narrow, rectangular shape. Our Striploin Steaks are aged 30 days and are lean, flavourful and tender. These are centre cut 8 oz steaks and come 12 in a box - only $8.33 per steak (see our Chef Tips below for the difference between centre cut and end-to-end cut). Looking for an even bigger steak?
