Quality of Rob's work is second to none, and he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. I highly recommend Kerr's Chimney repair, and as a worker in the trade myself I recognize good quality work and workmanship when I see it!

Fabulous work! Thank you Rob for inspecting, repairing and cleaning our chimney and gas fireplace. We were so impressed with your photo albums, clear recommendations and price. Since the work was done, all our problems with the drafty and sooty smell after wet weather are GONE. We are thrilled! We have had other companies out, who did not properly diagnose the many problems you found by visually inspecting the top of the chimney. We appreciated the photos you took with your camera to share with us when you came down from the roof. In this instance a picture was worth a thousand words. We highly recommend you to anyone who needs work done on their chimney/fireplace. Now we know why so many in our neighbourhood hired you, prior to us finding you. Thank you again. I had Rob tear down the top 5 feet of my 65 year old houses chimney to below the roof line and replace the old bricks up to the roof line with new cement block and cap the whole thing off with a new metal cap since it isn't in use anymore. The chimney was a disaster before he started and is now sealed and weather tight for many years to come.

My rented water heater needed to be replaced as broke down but I had an infraction that needed to be fixed before they could replace it. Rob came out right away and put in a chimney liner for me. The service was exceptional and before I knew it I had hot water again. Thanks Rob
