To our valued customers, we would like to provide and update in light of recent events regarding the Ontario wide non-essential business shut down.

Our government has deemed auto repair shops and towing companies as essential business, and for us that means keeping our doors open and taking the necessary precautions to keep not only our employees but all of our customers, suppliers, and families safe. To do this, a few precautions have to be put into place for our shop, but we would like to assure you that you will still receive the best possible service for your vehicles to be fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

We are asking that customers call to book an appointment so we can ensure that there is a hoist available for immediate use. We also ask at this time that you do not enter the building, but instead leave your keys in the mail box and let us know over the phone what your concerns are and how we can best help you.

We are requesting an E-Transfer for payment right now, to cut down on any unnecessary contact between people and practice our social distancing at this time.

We understand the ramifications of this shut down on many individuals who are unfortunately out of work at this time and who are economically impacted by this new protocol. Because of this we would like to offer all of our customers a 20% discount on all parts and labour to help ensure that all of our customers are able to maintain their vehicles with necessary repairs.
