We met with and purchased a Hickory Shed from Granton Trailers, Thorndale location. They demonstrated great friendliness but actual customer service and quality of delivery was poor. Answering the phone a couple of times while the customer is sitting at your desk is unprofessional and "the system" did not allow for the paperwork to be submitted in a timely manner. Each time I contacted them, they responded with "I will call you back" and did not hear from them.
The delivery driver for Hickory Sheds was excellent. Contacted us and delivered as promised.

EQ8065m Hydraulic bumper pull electric tongue jack. This is the most amazing jack we have bought. The price is more than the other the others we have purchased but this one is far superior. Extremely happy and impressed with this jack. Highly recommended.

Wow, what can I say? I pulled in late in the day and needed a trailer super fast to make it to a planned show. They helped us pull it off super quickly and with ease. Love the trailer! But more than that the quality care and service we got from everyone was top notch!

Just bought a new trailer from Dan and Julie. They also helped facilitate the sale of my other one.
They were wonderful to deal with;Were very patient and answered my very many questions and went above and beyond.
As to the Adam trailer we bought we are very pleased with it. My husband is impressed with the quality of the finishing details and workmanship of the trailer right down to the way it’s wired. Much improved over our 2021 of another brand. For example…bridle hooks covered with plastic( as opposed to just metal), bum and chest bars are very secure, don’t wiggle and are so easy to secure, matting is superior, catches to keep doors/ windows open are strong and secure( no blowing closed on a windy day);thé battery for the emergency braking system is located inside the trailer so protected from elements ;my only criticism would be the lights are not nice big LED … marker lights are small and not flush with trailer ( we will likely change them out)

We just bought a used trailer at Granton and we are really satisfied of it. Julie and Don has been wonderful with their customer service and really honest!
Honestly one of ours best customer service we ever had, they are amazing!

I drove all the way from Lindsay Ontario to buy a trailer from Dan at Granton as I was so impressed by the level of service and communication from him. I found Dan to be responsive, extremely flexible, honest and he over delivered. I'd do business here again in a heartbeat and anyone considering a trailer should definitely purchase from Granton with confidence!

Fair pricing,great selection,personal service,customers are appreciated,they are willing to go that extra mile to see that you are happy with your purchase a company that really cares what more can you ask for, after a couple of more than disappointing encounters at other Equine trailer shops I thought that honesty and commitment was a thing of the past not so at Granton it was our first purchase there and will not be our last,great people.
