Snider Fitness specializes in one on one training and caters to all fitness and health needs, including weight loss, strength development and Sport Functional Fitness. We cater to all levels of fitness and promise to not only consistently challenge you but also even find aspects of fitness you enjoy and incorporate it into the program. The process taken at Snider Fitness is always well planned and includes a thorough evaluation of your starting fitness levels, with every workout directly relative to your goals in mind. General Fitness
Geared towards individuals with a basic foundation in exercise, looking to develop technique and gain an understanding of how to properly improve and maintain a healthy fitness level.
Weight Loss
For individuals in need of moderate to serious weight loss. This program is designed around 3+ workouts a week and expected to be paired with a strict dieting regime. This program is designed to help you lose that excess body fat but also develop muscle, technique and functional strength along the way. This is not a fad diet or fitness gimmick; it's a change of lifestyle.
Strength & Muscle Development/ Sport Conditioning
Geared towards individuals looking to develop specific areas of fitness, from Olympic style lifting to conditioning for a specific sport, or for individuals more interested in the parameters of cosmetic fitness/ bodybuilding.
Lee's Approach
"With keeping in mind that everyone has different goals, beliefs and methods, I try to approach health/ fitness with a holistic approach. To me, this means not just working out to build muscle or lose weight, but using the tools you develop with me to create a healthier, "bigger picture" lifestyle for yourself".
Lee's Experience
Lee Snider is a graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion and Human Services at Fanshawe College. He has also studied the training standards for several certifying organizations such as Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists and Canfitpro. A freelance trainer for the past 2 years, he has recently become the proprietor of Snider Fitness.
