Our daughter just bought her first car from Probart Mazda. She was supposed to pick it up Monday night but there was some miscommunication and it was delayed until Tuesday. This was obviously disappointing, however the dealership went out of their way to ensure everything went through Tuesday with no further delays or confusion. Sales Rep, Jessie was very attentive and helpful explaining everything to our daughter and Sales Manager, Louis, ensured all the finance details were understood. Even one of the new owners, Jason, made a point of introducing himself and ensuring any concerns were fully addressed. In business, things don't always go 100% the way we'd like. The good business owners recognize and take responsibility for their shortfalls and then do everything reasonable to make the situation better. The new owners and team at Probart Mazda proved to us that they do genuinely care about their customers and the shopping experience. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive memory for our daughter and her first car purchase. Thank you! ......and of course she loves her new Mazda 3! Zoom Zoom!

My family and I have bought several vehicles from Probart over the last decade. The attention from the sales floor to the service department has been courteous, friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Bob and Anne in particular who have always treated any request or inquiry with prompt attention. As long as Mazda continues to keep the Zoom Zoom alive (never get rid of manual transmissions!) I will remain a loyal client for years to come and I can not recommend Probart highly enough. Chris Drew
