By far the BEST shoe store I have ever been to. Can always find shoes here that are comfortable, and lasting. The sales staff are trustworthy and often provide a better option for your feet. There is no other store for me!

I only shop at Ovation after having bought a pair of shoes that the owner knew would be comfortable for my feet problems. I have been going there now for 20 years too and always go back as they never fail me. Quite often the owner Deepak is there. The staff are all very knowledgeable compared to regular shoe stores where you basically are on your own!

Purchased a pair of work shoes Saucony paid over $200.00 and in 4 months they are all ripped inside. Went back he says he can repair but not replace. Not happy at all.
Over $200.00 shoes should last at least a year, in my opinion.

We are very sorry that you had this experience and do understand the frustration. Unfortunately, the damage to the shoes was not a manufacturer defect but rather caused by unusual and prolonged wear. As we explained, we can not replace the shoes but we would be happy to repair them in such a way that they would withstand the wear issue much better than the original shoes. We would guarantee the repair work for two years. We do appreciate your business and would do this repair at no charge. Please let us know if we can do this for you.

Again, I was very happy with my purchase. The owner ensured by measuring that my size was correct. It is great to see such a knowledgeable owner who is hands on - Deepak Kothari. I like dealing with proud hardworking local businesses. You will enjoy your experience as his shoes are worth the investment.

I was in a week ago and the service was amazing! I had a pair of orthotics and the lady knew exactly what shoes would accommodate them. She was so patient I must have tried on at least a dozen pairs before finding the right ones. I travelled over an hour to get to the store and it was well worth the drive and I will definitely be back!

I recently went to the new Hyde Park location. I was very disappointed in the staff. They were unfriendly, and looked most disinterested in serving anyone especially if they had to answer questions. For people running a business, and serving the public you would think they would put more effort into looking and acting professional. This is not how I remember Ovation Shoes of the past. However, this Ovations store did carry the top of the line brand shoes that are stylish and comfortable.

I bought a pair of shoes, and two weeks the buckle came off. We went back to the store and the owner said “there’s nothing he can do”. I showed him the receipt that i purchased two weeks ago and it’s falling apart. He would not even call the rep for the company or do anything. He did offer me a discount on my next purchase. I never step foot in that store or refer anyone to that store. I called the company myself and they told me they always have issues with the owner who refuses to serve his customer ...I sent the shoes back to the company and they sent me a new pair!! I called the owner and told him and he didn’t give a poop! Boycotting ovation shoes

Sorry to hear this was your experience. We don't actually recall this situation but would always take a situation like this very seriously. It would be helpful if we knew the actual brand and style of shoe to which you are referring. Also, please let us know the date of purchase and date of return, as we have no recollection of this. At times, we are limited as to what we can do in the event of damage to products we sell, as warranties vary by manufacturer. It sounds like your issue was resolved through the manufacturer, which is often the best solution. We would be happy to discuss with you if you have any other concerns. Please let us know the shoe brand and style. We do appreciate your business and would like the opportunity to earn it again if you would like to come by the store.

Ovation Shoes in London is the best shoes store I have ever been in. The staff are most helpful and the manager is usually there. Once he has fitted your foot he remembers and can tell you before putting on the shoe wheather it will fit or not. I just hold up the shoe and Dapek says yes or no. I highly recommend this shoes store for being friendly and efficient. Thank you Dapek and staff. Gwen Moore

Excellent service, Great Mephisto shoes for my 99 year old mother. Gave her the ability to walk again with her arthritis problems. I am so appreciative for your help.
