I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Justin. They fix what needs fixing and their prices are amazing. They try to help with whatever they can and are realistic and fair. Ladies…take your car there. If you are like me and nothing about engines You will get honest and fair work by 2 guys who are both “one of the good ones”

Being a female with no automotive knowledge, I have been treated like a dumb blond in a lot of places. But not at Orv’s. Justin is patient with all of my questions and every time I have had my vehicle in for repairs, they don’t try to overcharge and tell me to do repairs that are not necessary. When I asked about some cosmetic issues, Justin showed me how to fix it myself, at no charge! Always going above and beyond. I will go here for as long as I’m in London and always recommend! Especially to other women who don’t know where to go to get first rate HONEST service!!

I had a lady ding my fender with her door. I went the the Nextdoor app to ask for recommendations for a garage. Orv’s came highly recommended so that’s whom we went with.
I CANNOT say enough good things about this place and Justin whom I dealt with! We had them fix the paint job on my front bumper while the car was there and it’s just like new!
I had an issue with a smoking emergency brake after I picked it up. Took it back today and fixed before end of day!
Their customer service and a above and beyond exceptional! Fast, friendly, communication is excellent...I could go on.
They are definitely now out go to garage!
Thank you Justin and I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that worked on my e-brake, but thank him as well please!

We've used ORVS body shop a few times. Always been satisfied with the service and the repairs but this is the first time I send in a review - I thought it was time to give these guys some much deserved credit. These guys are terrific. My wife was afraid the new bumper wouldn't match but they did a perfect job and you can't even tell there was a repair. Justin is just fantastic. You just can't beat an owner operator who truly cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

Orv's have my loyalty for life. After 2 very expensive and 4 day quotes, Orv's fixed my car with elbow grease and a new part for under $100 and in just 30 minutes. Thank you

Terrible place, needed maintance package done on my vehicle, was told they could do it and all they did was charge me .2 hours and not check the brakes as all which is one of the requirements in the package, told by counter person it’s my fault, if your people don’t understand what a service package is they should not say they are capable of doing it. Unessasary hassle and a waste of time. Will not be back, and I assume you are not bbb accredited, will be filling a complaint in case you are. You put it on my receipt and didn’t do it that is in exceptable

Hello Bryce Thank you for your feedback, I believe it was your mother's car (Apologies if I'm incorrect) we worked on Jan 21st, and have had her back to do more work since. We would really like to get worked out with you and your family as we have done business with David going back to 2011. I apologize for the misunderstanding as I checked my notes on this job, the tire rotation was opted out of and there were no complaints of vehicle performance (Except for hard starting Issue) Which we replaced battery, we did charge a .2 of an hour (about 15 min) to check the rest of the list. The main issue is the front brake rotors have rust build up, we would have to replace brakes if it is causing bad braking performance. Since there wasn't any mention or issue of bad braking at that time we did not pursue the needing to replace brakes. In hindsight we should have dug into this deeper with the vehicle owner. We do try to do our best to accommodate to the wants and needs of our customers but I think there was a communication error on our part to ask if there were issues braking and to let know of the rust. Again, thank you for letting us know about this, so we can try and better our business for the future and please let us know if we can help to repair this relationship. Thank You- Justin

Amazing work. My car looks brand new again. I got quality work at a decent price. Someone backed into my car and took off, and I was left paying the bill. It happens, and I was upset, but I much appreciated the great care and service at Orv's. Would I recommend their services to my friends and family? Absolutely!

Justin B & the crew again performed flawlessly. THANK-YOU! All work done on time, on budget, and with so much attention to deal that they even cleaned the car from top to bottom. (Amazing.) Although it was a small accident, I was still treated like an important customer. That's uncommon in this day and age. Just goes to show you, family run businesses are the best! Much appreciated guys - and keep up the great work!

When you need a repair don't waste your time shopping around Orv's is the place to trust and have your vehicle professionally repaired. Excellent customer service I left a messages online within 24 hours I received a reply, emailed in my photos received a phone call within 2 hours, I personally went to the shop because I wanted to meet Larry in person. Fantastic individual truly cares, Larry went out of his way to personal help me. This is what customer service is all about I'm a customer for life and will share my WOW experience with everyone. Justin the manager was fantatic as well on the ball and truely knows what he is talking about. Thank You

After my neighbour backed into my car and damaged my rear passenger door, I visited Orv's as they were right in my neighbourhood. Within a few days, my car was made as good as new. The workmanship was excellent and the service was professional and courteous. I recommend them highly!
