Large vigorous 5-day sprouts with an unusual flavour. Can also be grown as a shoot (often used in Indian cooking). Fenugreek is a traditional herb for colds and flu.

• Days to Sprout Sprout- 4-5 days, Microgreen- 8-12 days
• Soak Time 4-8 hours
• Yield 1 tbsp of dry seed yeilds aprox 1-2 cups of sprouts.
