LYKKE needles are strong, silky smooth and light, made from solid birch – no composite or laminate wood! The solid birch needles are resin infused to give them their unique appearance, but also to harden the wood – allows for tip integrity (no fraying or splintering). LYKKE DPN’s have both US and metric sizes etched on the black insert to ensure long-term readability. The beautiful finishes vary with the woodgrain, yet the pairs match up, and all LYKKE needles carry a manufacturer's 5-year guarantee against defects giving you the peace of mind that you have invested in tools built to last.
The needle tips have just the right sharpness – not too pointy, not too blunt with a short taper that puts your hands closer to the action.
