Each pair of safety eyes are packaged in a ziplock baggie with its accompanying backings. Push the eyes through the fabric (knitted, crocheted, or store-bought fabric), and firmly attach the backing to the eye post. You should feel two clicks to ensure the dome is securely fastened to the eye. Machine washable and dryable.
