Tonight i had the honor of encountering truck #20. As I was trying to leave a parking lot, the crew decided parking the truck in the middle of the road was the best idea. I was informed, buy a worker that they would not be moving until they finished. What they were doing. I was being patient and waiting. After five minutes a total of seven vehicles, we're being blocked in because we could not drive down the road due to the placement of the truck. After 10 minutes a man got out of his car and started talking to them.again they refused to move until they were finished. I called your office and spoke to a man who when i asked to speak to a supervisor, responded "i am". I explained what was going on and asked if they could call them and get them to move over(so theyd only be blocking 1 lane not both) he responded "they are trying to clean the storm drains" i said " yes but they dont have to block the whole road. He didnt responded. I mentioned hoe they wear yelling and swearing at the cars waiting he responded " well yeah, they are probably pissy because they are outside in the rain" i work outside.i dont take my anger out on random people. I told him how unprofessional these employees were. He responded"i dont know what you want me to do"
After this call, the man from before, got out and started taking photos of the hydro vac truck. Then the passenger of the hydro vac truck walked towarda all of the vehicles waiting. Taking photos of everyone, license plates, and of the vehicles. I asked "why are you doing that?" Your employee responded " hes doing it to us, so im going to do it to all of you"
How unprofessional this was of your employees, but also your supervisor. Yes the work needed to be done. But why block the whole road after seeing cars driving towards where you are working.
