Looking at reviews it appears that this used to be a legitimate business. This is no longer the case. When his store was still open I dropped off my Dyson Animal vacuum for maintenance. It was about a month later that I called him to see where it was at to which he responded “Oh I have a couple Dyson here at my house but I don’t know which would be yours, we closed the store and grabbed what we could.” I tried to co ordinate picking it up but he has now ghosted me, not answering phone calls or texts. I will be filing a case in small claims court however that will also cost me money. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VACUUM WITH THIS BUSINESS! Try a reputable one in town.

I had a terrible accident with my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and I was certain it was dead. It was fixed within three days and is better than new at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this business!

I took my rather agèd Rainbow Vacuum in for a going over, and was so impressed with the knowledge of the Owner. He knew all about Rainbows and why mine was a superior one due to its age., When I got it back, it ran like a new machine! Also, recently I had occasion to return a purchase that I had foolishly bought and later realized was not what I wanted. The return process was seamless, polite, and considerate. I cannot say enough about the excellence of London Vacuum and its owner. That is the only place I would have touch my machines. They have my total trust, and in this day and age, that is a rare commodity. My highest recommendation goes to London Vacuum.

NO free estimate!!! Took my Dyson apart, said he cant fix it and it would cost me $60 for him to put together. My Dyson is in bits. Worst part? It WAS working just the roller only rolled 75%of the time. So upset
