The inspiration for Beauty Total Spa came to Kim Boughner, owner and Certified Esthetician, who wanted her business to represent one small philosophy:

Kim purchased the business in 1986 from it’s original owner, Joan Kendellen, who first opened Beauty Total in London, Ontario in 1979. Finding a new home for Beauty Total, Kim has created an atmosphere where clients feel they can escape the stress of the day, come to a place where they know they’ll never be treated like a stranger, and trust that all of their needs will be given the care and attention they deserve.

Kim and her mother, Martha, a certified Reflexologist, are committed to ensuring your visit is relaxing and satisfying.
