I just got off the phone with Dan, the owner—an insulting person and a no-it-all, and proud of it. I would never deal with this person or company. Period

We recently had a new bathroom shower installed. Dan was very prompt, courteous, & professional in completing the renovation. We are very pleased, & one of his employees Ryan was a pleasure to work with.

I have now had 2 years of trying to get Bath Expert to actually provide the service they were paid for. Dan Van Manen, the owner/operator, finally had his worker, Aron, come out on June 4th who sanded down the bathtub and immediately said that the bathtub was not fixable and "never should have been done in the first place". Mr. Van Manen agreed to reimburse us IF we agreed to not post any negative reviews or tell anyone what had happened. We signed this agreement, as did his worker, Aron. In the last two months, there have been repeated phone calls, messages, text messages and emails and they refuse to follow through and reimburse us. I am now forced to go to small claims court. Please see the progression of the damage and how this company left my bathtub.
