All 'Bout Cheese

I am a big believer in the shop local movement so when I discovered All 'bout Cheese (even though they've been around for many years), I was pretty excited to sample their products. I bought a selection of local cheeses and took them home to the cheese expert in the family - my wife. Her favourite, the seven year old cheddar. A great sharp flavour and a smooth creamy texture. Probably one of the best cheeses we've ever had. Also tried and highly recommend we're the The smoked goat cheese Gouda from Blyth, a perfect jalapeƱo Havarti and a beautifully delicate peppercorn raclette from Quebec. I'm a total convert now. Great cheese does not have to have a European label. I highly recommend you visit Rick and discover why he's so passionate about locally produced cheeses.
