THE ORACLE AT DELPHI Colourway
Ancient Arts theme for 2023 is “Interesting Archeological Sites”, and this month they invite us to come with them to Ancient Greece to visit the Oracle at Delphi.
“Our inspiration for the Colour of the Month is the painting "Consulting the Delphic Oracle" shown below. The painting is by an unknown artist, but it was done in the mid 1700's.” – quoted from Ancient Arts
The “Oracle at Delphi” Colour of the Month (COTM) colourway is dyed on Ancient Arts Socknado base, in fingering weight (#1); made of 80% Superwash Fine Merino Wool and 20% Nylon with 350m/100g; $32.98 each.

NEW SOCK YARN…
Note: As socks are usually knit tighter, it is preferable to use a smaller needle than recommended on the ball band. Our favourite needle size for socks is 2.00 mm - 2.25 mm. Of these new collections, one 100g ball will make a pair of average sized adult socks.
