RESTOCKING GALORE!!
Monday, October 24, 2022 – Restocking Galore!!
Janet’s been a busy bee…ordering and restocking some much loved yarns! We’ve received a large shipment from James C. Brett as well as a healthy restocking of Vintage Sock. Since its arrival in the shop, Vintage Sock has flown off the shelves due to its colour selection, softness and value.
And we also have two new Berroco DropShip offerings to share with you today.
What started out as an ingenious solution to pandemic restrictions has now become an invaluable tool. Berroco 123 DropShip is a program that allows you to place yarn and pattern orders with us here at London Yarns and to purchase yarns by the ball/skein, so you can buy as many or as few of each brand and each colour as needed with no minimums, no maximums. As an added bonus, if you purchase yarn to make any of Berroco’s patterns, they will include the printed pattern free of charge, even if they usually charge for the PDF.
So, if there is a Berroco yarn that you would like to work with, feel free to place your order with us.
The DropShip Program includes ALL of Berroco’s yarns as well as their partner brands – AMANO YARNS, and LOPI.

Marble Chunky is one of James C. Brett's most popular yarns due to its versatility, its softness and the extraordinary number of variegated shades available. This soft, light, fluffy chainette-style yarn is spun with Extrafine Merino wool & just a touch of nylon. Painted with random but uniform "dashes" of colour that stand out in contrast on the neutral cream coloured base that creates an interesting graphic element that give knits a unique, modern look.
This bulky weight (#6) yarn knits up quickly & is fabulous for gifts, as well as weekend knits. Each 100 gram ball contains a generous 210 metres! Made in Italy.
