WELCOME TO 2022!!!

Monday, January 3, 2022 – Welcome to 2022!!!

Welcome to January! Yes, JANUARY!! Hard to believe we are now into 2022. As Anne of Green Gables would say, ‘tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it’. Perhaps we could apply that to this new year too???? That being said, here is a Covid store update from Janet.

A Special Message From Janet:

First and foremost, Happy New Year to each and every one of you! I hope you enjoyed the holiday season and are excited to begin a brand new year!

I just wanted to reach out to all of you with an update regarding our practices here at the store in regards to Covid-19. Since early 2020, we have done everything in our power to keep everyone (staff and customers alike) safe and healthy We will continue to do so as we enter 2022. We are keeping an eye on the case counts daily and watching diligently as the government announces recommendations for store capacity and releases new guildelines to follow for health and safety. We will follow all of these guidelines very strictly and have always taken this pandemic very seriously.

That being said, we wanted to offer you a quick reminder that we are still more than happy to offer you our curbside pick-up and delivery options when you shop with us. Our website is updated daily with in-stock quantities and Judy has been working diligently double checking that all of our information is accurate. If you are at all uncomfortable coming into the shop, please reach out to us by telephone, 519-474-0403, or by email, info@londonyarns.com. We will be happy to fill your order and set it outside for you upon your arrival, or have our local courier, Brian, deliver your order to your home without contact. If you are out of town, we are happy to ship to you and search out the least expensive rate to get your parcel to you quickly and in one piece!

Many of you, our valued customers, have applauded us for the way we have conducted business for the past 20+ months and for that I thank you. We will continue to do everything in our power to operate the store with the best interests for everyone at heart. Thank you again for your patronage, patience, encouragement, and understanding as we all work together to put this pandemic behind us.

Again, all the best for 2022,

Janet
