Well!! Last week was a very busy week in the store! We have had even MORE shipments arrive containing LOTS of restocking items.
In this day & age of shopping online because of social distancing, lockdowns and curbside pickup, is there no better compromise than being able to have ‘yarn in hand’ so to speak? It is with that in mind that the theme of today’s email is “IN-STOCK YARNS”, and we have quite a number of them to share with you!
Also, Janet’s husband Darrell has been busy using his professional photography skills to update our shade cards with actual photographs of the yarns. Although every electronic device may have a slight difference in the rendering of colours, these photos are as true to life as possible. In today’s email, we will let you know which shade cards have been updated with this new process.

Air Lux Project Suggestions…
Katia’s Air Lux is a super soft, super unique fingering weight yarn. This yarn is a silky, shiny metallic chainette with a fuzzy halo of Merino wool; every bit as soft as it looks, that wooly halo is just enough to add a layer of mystery and depth while still showing off lace and open work beautifully. This is also an excellent weaving yarn!
The poncho is worked sideways in two identical pieces, then seamed to form the poncho shape. Stitch pattern is in graph form.
One Size: Approx. 19¾” x 43¼”
Yarn: 4 balls of Air Lux, shown in colour #69
WRAPPED IN LUXURY
Wrapped in Luxury is written for use with two weights of yarn: Sport/DK (# 3) and Worsted/Aran (# 4). The finished size in both weights of yarn is 20” wide x 56” long (before seaming) & easily adjustable.
The shawl consists of a stocking stitch panel bordered with delicate lace work that adds interest to this beautiful yet functional shawl. It is knit flat in one piece and seamed on one shoulder.
