The Wool Blossoms pullover uses an inventive embroidery technique to make flowers on top of a simple stockinette sweater. If you've never tried this before, Julia does a wonderful job explaining each step in her pattern. This is perfect for beginners and advanced knitters alike!
We love that she used Berroco’s Ultra Wool for her design. Not only does it come in a wide array of colours but its machine washability makes it a sweater that will last.
Pattern includes photo tutorial for planning and stitching flowers, and also a link to an additional video tutorial for novice embroiderers. Sample sweater is shown with monochrome flowers, but go crazy!

‘Millefiori’ is an Italian glasswork technique producing distinctive decorative patterns of which Berroco has transformed into yarn-y bliss for us! Millefiori Light is made from an equal blend of wool and acrylic, giving the yarn both stability and softness. The glowing palette of marled and variegated colourways, both ebb and flow in random patterns to create a moderate & gentle, multicoloured fabric with just a hint of shine or sparkle if using the new Luxe. This yarn is spun as a single-ply in a double knitting weight. Millefiori Light & Light Luxe beg to be knit up into eye catching hats, mitts, scarves & shawls, cowls, sweaters and more!
