Greetings, on this Monday Afternoon,
Since Berroco’s DropShip offer for this week is only available in the USA and not to us Canadians, we are instead, giving you ‘carte blanche’ to purchase ANY of the previous DropShip yarns that you may have missed out on, or you can order more of the ones you have already enjoyed. About the Yarn:
Alpaca Drift is luxuriously soft and light, making it the perfect yarn for hats, scarves, shawls, sweaters and accessories that are cozy without being heavy. Its unique chainette and air blown construction give Alpaca Drift great stability and a beautiful halo.

And, now the knitted bag project….
The Linien bag is all about lines, horizontal, vertical, sloped, curved and even crossed. Knit a small bag to carry a few essentials up to a roomier tote sized bag. The entire bag is worked in stockinette stitch and instructions for three sizes are included.
You will need DK weight yarn, circular needles and stitch markers. Cast on using Judy’s Magic Cast-On and work in the round from the bottom up. Straps are worked back and forth and grafted together at the top.
Sample bags shown above are knit with cotton yarn, but this design can be knit with wool, a blend or synthetic yarns. The bag is knit at a tighter gauge to produce a firm and dense fabric. Blocking is required. Enjoy!
