We will have a good representation of each brand / style of needles available for you to personally ‘test drive’ during our Sale Day. Try for yourself and see the difference a needle can make; the material it is made from, the length of the needle tip, the sharpness or bluntness of the tip, and the shape of the needle all can make a big difference in how much you enjoy working with them & how much they can assist you with ease of knitting. Each has their own unique advantages. We will be there to answer any questions you may have.
You’ve no doubt heard about “Interchangeable (IC) Needle & Hook Kits”. Perhaps you even have a set of your own. Have you noticed how they are changing the way we knit & how we now look at “needles”.
There are many, many advantages to these kits – among some of them are: ease of knitting, a full range of needle sizes and cord lengths that are compact and portable for travelling, the variety of needle types and materials available enable us to match our needles to our projects and choice of yarns and to top it all off, they are much more economical than buying “traditional” needles, giving you a vast variety of needle sizes, lengths, holders, etc.

MOST of us here at the shop, myself included, own multiple sets and change up which needles we use, depending on our project, to get the most enjoyment from our knitting.

The City Road Workers are making progress on the North Routledge Infrastructure Project.
B-U-T as a result of the ongoing work, the front entrance to our plaza has been hindered and/or completely closed at times.
So.... in order to avoid the construction (and perhaps some aggravation & a bit of frustration too), pleeeeease use the BACK ENTRANCE to our plaza. It is soooo much easier to get to us this way. Full details are on our homepage, or you can download written directions and/or a map for the instructions to our back entrance.
