Also, in the New Year, watch for some new & exciting “Knitting Nineties Classes” – in just one ninety minute class, learn techniques and skills for knitting, crochet, felting and more! Relaxed, fun, interesting, informative sessions and ….coming soon!
There was a very nice write-up in The London Review this week about gifting our knitting & crochet skills to help others less fortunate. The paper ‘reviewed’ both “Keeping Kids Warm” and the “Crochet Club of London” and all the good work that they are doing in our community, with the help & support of local citizens – like yourselves! We were very happy to share many of your yarn donations and even some finished projects to both of these Charities, as well as Project Linus, Women’s Community House (ANOVA), Twiddle Muffs for the Alzheimer Society & Knitted Knockers of Canada for breast cancer survivors, just to name a few.
