“One of a Kind” Throw Kits
These Throw kits are comprised of 8 different yarns, varying in colour, texture, thickness & finished fabric; carefully selected and organized into a very pleasing array of colour that creates a unique, attractive and distinctive ‘One of a Kind’ Throw.
Two patterns are included in each kit – a Scallops Pattern, knit traditionally from the bottom up, and a Striped Pattern, knit side to side that is self-fringing. Both patterns are especially complimentary to the yarns & colourways. There is sufficient yarn in each kit to knit one or the other pattern.
Not only do these kits result is a stunning finished product, they are REALLY fun to knit. Ask me how I know ... I’ve personally knit 7 of them! Working on 8mm needles, they knit up fairly quickly. And with so many different yarns & textures in one project it holds your interest and gives you experience sampling yarns you may not normally knit with.
We will have a few Throws already knit up available for you to observe & view in the shop on Wednesday. They are much more impressive in person, but until then, here are a few pictures of some finished Throws ...

As the name suggests, this pattern gives you many options to personalize it and make it your own, along with a structured pattern.
These Cowls or “Caplets” are knit in the round from the bottom up, using either Chunky or Bulky Weight Yarns. And you have the option of choosing from 6 different stitch patterns to add texture to the solid coloured section of the Cowl. Choose from the many Chunky & Bulky weight yarn in stock. The possibilities are endless! Be adventurous and add some eyelash to give it a ‘faux fur’ look.
