We had all our windows and doors replaced and Mike, our installer, was amazing. Mike always took the time to explain everything to us and helped with the many concerns we had as our house is 47 years old!! Now, our house looks brand new and we are looking forward to enjoying these windows and doors for many more years. We had 11 windows and a screen door installed by First Class Windows and Doors, and we were quite satisfied with the results. Victor is knowledgeable about his windows and doors. He is professional and takes the time to explain the procedures and costs up front. His installer Mike is polite, friendly, and professional. Recent install in Bothwell. All new white Vinylbilt windows combination of Double Hungs and Double Sliders. Customer review: "The sales rep was professional and easy to work with. When the windows came the installers did an amazing job in a timely fashion. It was a fair deal. Other quotes were substantially higher. The house is a different place. Much warmer and brighter.
